The 2,500 square foot apartment renovation combines two previously separate apartments bordering Central Park. It is designed to create one large open space where west facing park and city views can be enjoyed from all points. It maximizes natural lighting and ventilation through use of reflective materials such as mirrored and diffused glass and fine metal screens.
