The project is located in an historic manufacturing building that formerly housed the A.G. Spalding Factory on Sixth Avenue in Brooklyn and was converted into condos in the late 1990’s. A strategically placed 14‘ wide by 14‘ high sliding screen constructed of sandwiched polycarbonate panels and aluminum honeycomb provides privacy for the bedroom without dividing the 1,500 square foot space or blocking day light. A new kitchen featuring concrete counter tops and a large 3’ deep island opens up to the living and dining areas
